Little Johnny’s Tours and Rentals are a licenced and insured tour operator with the Department of Queensland.

PRICES

Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (inclusive of GST). There are no hidden charges on any of our tours. Full day tours include all entry fees as per tour Itinerary. Tour prices are per person, and are correct at time of publication. Prices may change without prior notice as per advertised on our website, brochures and other marketing media.

 

INCLUDED ON TOURS

Meeting Point is at The Rockhampton Show Grounds Beef Week entrance. A tour leader will be waiting with a tour sign. Alternate Pick-up locations may be available upon request and will incur a fee.

TOUR ITINERARIES AND DEPARTURES

If within 15 minutes of your advised pick-up time for any tour, you are not picked up, please phone our operations team on 0414 707 658.

Tours will operate according to what is advertised on our brochure and/or website, unless otherwise arranged and agreed by us.

 

PASSENGER SAFETY

Passenger safety is of paramount importance to us and we shall endeavour at all times, to ensure safe travel. We cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss of any kind, caused by or resulting from any act or omission by its employees, agents or contractors.

Little Johnny’s Tours and Rentals also takes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused as a result of negligence or omission whatsoever by any partner company whose services are used as part of tour packages.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Little Johnny’s Tours and Rentals strongly recommends that all passengers take out their own travel insurance policy which covers personal liability, tour cancellation, missed connections, loss of luggage and personal effects, etc. Little Johnny’s Tours and Rentals does not accept any liability for the above stated.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All tours operated by Little Johnny’s Tours and Rentals require minimum of 8 passengers to operate. In the event that the minimum numbers are not achieved, an alternative tour date can be booked or refund of payment is given.

Little Johnny’s Tours and Rentals may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure due to any external event that is not in our control and restricts us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel your trip, you can transfer amounts paid to an alternate departure date or alternatively receive a full refund.

No refunds will be offered in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

A strictly non-refundable deposit of 30% ($40 exclusive for beef week) is required to ensure your place on the tour. The 70% payment can be paid prior or given on the day of the tour (Beef Week tours only). Credit Card processing using Visa or Master Card is available.

 

LUGGAGE ON TOUR – WHAT TO PACK

Day tour – please small carry bags are preferred. We suggest you include the following essential items if swimming: non-slip walking shoes (sneakers), sun screen, hat, beach towel, bathers, camera and bottle for drinking water. We recommend that items of value, including electronic items should not be carried on tour. Little Johnny’s Tours and Rentals takes no liability to loss or damage to personal items.
